Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today.     Jay and I both have colds.  We had planned a date night tonight, pizza and a movie, I guess we will have to change it to cough drops and tissues.  Other that the colds things are great, LOL!

    I started taking the Align and a fiber supplement and they seem to be helping.  I had gone 2 weeks with no "attacks"  (the extreme gas pain and bloating) until this week.  I was under a lot of stress this week (I did surgery on my dog Wednesday) and Wed evening I had an episode.  So, I think the supplement is helping, the attacks used to occur at least once a week.  Thanks for you concern.  I appreciate it!
