As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Well Mom is still in the hospital. I was going to wait until we found out more tomorrow to post an update, but since you asked, I'll fill you in as of tonight.
She has a fever and is having more pancreatitis. If her enzymes aren't under control by tomorrow, they will transport her to where we live (90 miles north of current hospital) so she can have a second surgery (that they can't do where she's at now). We spent about 5 hours there today with her. But she was only up to visiting for about half the time. Just so tired and sore. But the good news is she's off morphine and moved on to vicodin so the pain isn't as bad as it was.
Dad is hanging in there. He spent about 3 hours down there today and then came home for a long nap. He is just zapped of all energy. Only four radiation treatments to go (Thursday is the last day!). We are staying at their house this weekend (25 miles north of hospital). Dad is just about ready to head to bed. He doesn't normally go to bed before midnight.
Thanks so much for asking! I'll post an update when we know more about the next step (which is going home or going to the other hospital for the second surgery).
