best and worst parts of the weekend!

best: we decorated our apartment for Christmas. I know, I know...but if I didn't do it this weekend, we would have to wait until the 2nd week of December. Judge me if you must.
Worst: post nasal drip. Ugh.
Best - got a little bit done around the house on Saturday. Some friends came over on Sunday for gaming/watching "How to Train Your Dragon," got my parents' tv while it was on sale (thanks to a neighbor/friend)
Worst - DH got sick Friday night and spent all day Saturday quarantined upstairs. He's better now, but I'm bummed that we didn't get to do the list of errands that needed to be done on Saturday. With under two weeks before we go on vacation, time is running out.
best - bears win yesterday, getting some pants that actually fit
worst - jackets loss (although it was made a little better with a uga loss and the bears win) and i slice my thumb open last night and it hurts really bad...probably borderline needing stitches.
Best: Getting to relax at home and do lots of cooking
Worst: Going to Petsmart to formally adopt our foster puppy and finding out that they were not there on Sunday. We were really excited to make it official and it was a bit of a let down. DH and I emailed and called the homeless pets org to see how we could proceed during the week.
2nd worse part: Missing the Pens vs. Thrashers game. We don't have Center Ice channels and they didn't show the game on a local station. We are Pens fans and it turned one of our fav players got a Hat trick and we missed it.
Best: Fun cyclocross race yesterday and hanging out with my friends
Worst: Once again not seeing DH and doing nothing with him; he's too busy.

Best: booked our vacation to Spain! I can't wait.
Worst: dog sitting, one of the dogs. took a crap on my rug and Dh stepped in it. So I spent a good amount of time cleaning crap out of my new rug.
Best: deep cleaned our bathroom Sunday. Bought groceries for everything we are cooking for Thanksgiving and didn't go too much over budget. Spent time with some friends Saturday.
Worst: My back is still killing me. My mom was giving me a back rub Friday night and thinks that one of my ribs is out. It is SO painful. I really need to go to a chiropractor, but my co-pay is $50 per visit, so that is not going to happen any time soon
best: getting a really cute sweater from old navy, and a long cardigan, sweater dress and adorable pjs....from kmart of all places! oh, and the 2 auburn players getting ejected from the game...klassy.
worst: a couple we used to consider close friends being REALLY disrespectful at our house during the georgia game. i'm glad i didn't hear about it until after they'd left...i'd probably have said something.

best: AWESOME riding lesson, and the great soreness that came with it!
worst: being really tired and sick
Best: Cleaned the apt., finished all our laundry and actually cooked dinner last night.
Worst: It's technically not this weekend, but I accidently stepped of DH glasses this morning. I feel really bad!
Best - pretty sure we found that daycare we are going to use
-going for my first run in 6 months
-date with DH to the movies (we saw due date)
-Syracuse football and basketball won and the Bills did as well.
Worst - AJ spit up blood on Friday evening which really scared us but I had a cut on my nipple and it was just my blood that he ingested (gross)
-pain associated with first run in 6 months
-there is some thanksgiving day drama brewing with DH's family
Best: Visit from a good friend from Savannah with her 2 year old girl
Worst: Harlie had/has her first cold, poor little thing.
Best: My dad surprised us but buying us a new stove for Christmas so we decided to start the Kitchen remodel
Worst: Had to take my Dad to the airport as his visit was over. I guess I am even more of a daddy?s girl than I thought because I carried the whole way home!
best - saw my friends yesterday to go to David's Bridal and buy our BMs dresses.
worst - I swear I have a combo of cabin fever mixed with ZOMG I need to rest-itis. Come 2AM I am UP, but right now I feel like I could take a 3 hour nap.
I am so very unproductive right now.

Best - doing nothing on Friday, seeing For Colored Girls on Saturday, eating a Pumpkin Spice Cake Donut from Krispy Kreme, going for a run on Sunday and DH coming home on Sunday.
Worst - Waiting for friends. I waited for a friend for breakfast for 20 minutes and decided to leave. Then later my friends showed up late to the movie we went to on Saturday. I had to save seats and it was annoying. I hate waiting for people!

best: seeing some girlfriends on friday and going to jct kitchen and then alto rex for drinks. meeting more friends on saturday to go to sweetwater brewey and then pacci for dinner which was yum
worst: deciding to take myself to brunch at sun in the belly. i got lost which made the ride much longer than it was supposed to be. then, there was a 45 minute wait even for just one person so i got in the takeout line which was 20 minutes long. i order and find out i can't use my scoutmob discount (bummer but oh well.). i paid and then found out that some scrambled eggs and a biscuit is going to take 40 mins even to-go. ugh!
