What'd you do this weekend? I went and saw Cake Boss with my mom, BFF, her mom and B. It was so much fun. And B was so so good. she actually slept through the last 1/2 of it. Other than that hung out at my P's on Saturday (we slept there Friday night) and did nothing yesterday.
Bumps? yeah it isn't totally gone away yet. haha.
but no new one planned for a while
Upcoming vacations? nothing planned yet. We will spend a weekend in Chicago around Christmas and then hope to go ona cruise in the spring but nothing for sure until we know more about J's recovery.
Favorite thing about Thanksgiving? the food!
kidding... kinda... I do love spending the day with family. And then shopping bright and early the next day with my mom!
What'd you do this weekend? Worked at EB both Saturday and Sunday. Went out to dinner with DH both nights (which was actually really nice to get away and just be out with him).
Bumps? Not here.
Upcoming vacations? We're booking a trip to DC this week! JP's never been (!!?) so we're going during the Cherry Blossom Festival! We're also trying to book a ski vacation for January maybe to White Face.
Favorite thing about Thanksgiving? Garlic mashed potatoes! Mmmm! Plus I just like being around my family- couldn't be any better!
What'd you do this weekend? Friday DH and I went grocery shopping then watched some DVR'd shows from the week, nothing exciting. Saturday morning I had to work, then I rode a mare that I've been working with. Went to the Brad Paisley concert that night w/ a good friend, then we went and met my dad out at a bar, had a few drinks, got food, then met up w/ a guy she's interested in at another bar. Didn't get home until 3:30 (it's been years, since I've done that!), Dh worked Sunday monring, so I went to the barn and rode again, then napped while watching football and did housework the rest of the day. Had a pretty good weekend.
Bumps? noooooooooo
Upcoming vacations? Texas just after Christmas. We'll see all the ILs, plus go to a concert in DFW for New Years Eve. Nothing else planned until spring time. Although I'm sure I'll have a couple roadtrips before then for concerts because that's what I do.
Favorite thing about Thanksgiving? Family...and food. This year things are going to be different though as my aunt who usually hosts doesn't want to. We still dont' know what we're doing, and I might end up hosting a small TG for my immediate family. It's coming up fast and we still don't know.
What'd you do this weekend? Not a heck of a lot...We started thinking about Christmas, put Josh's big boy bed together and put sheets on it (just have to get a blanket and pillow for it and then he is golden)

Favorite thing about Thanksgiving? Pie
What'd you do this weekend? Friday I did some chores but mostly watched TV and worked on an Afghan. Saturday I was up early cleaning and then got my hair done, visited my MIL and helped my brother pick out an engagement ring, I picked up dinner and finished the afghan and watched TV. Sunday I run errands, napped, did laundry and vacuumed.
Bumps? no
Upcoming vacations? No vacations but I'm looking forward to a few days off around the new year to relax and do nothing. I've just been so busy!
Favorite thing about Thanksgiving? Food and being with my family, I love to cook and eat so this is my kind of holiday.

What'd you do this weekend? MIL came into town this weekend. We did dinner Friday night, then she helped me clear out the nursery on Saturday. After that, we spent the night watching the South Carolina game (woo hoo!) and MIL and I did some shopping on Sunday. It was a great weekend!
Bumps? Getting a little bigger every day.
Upcoming vacations? Not really. We are going to NJ for Thanksgiving and Christmas, but nothing else planned.
Favorite thing about Thanksgiving? I love when we go around the table saying what we are thankful for. A close second is the mashed potatoes
2012 Reading Challenge
What'd you do this weekend? Choir rehearsal Fri night. Helped out at a gymnastics competition Saturday afternoon and went to a steak night fundraiser with a friend on Saturday. Sunday I helped out a church with my mom, watched some of the BIG football game, sang in my choir concert and then came home and chilled out. DH has been away since Friday morning, so it's been quite a different experience for me. I've never been home by myself since we've been together!
Bumps? Noooope
Upcoming vacations? We may go down to N. Dakota, or to Calgary or Edmonton around Christmas or something. Our schedules are hard to coordinate.
Favorite thing about Thanksgiving? The smell of warm, yummy foods.
What'd you do this weekend? We stayed in on Friday. Saturday I was good and steam cleaned the carpet and cleaned up the jumper we got from some friends and we re-arranged the living room a little to accomodate the new baby toy. (Man those things take up space!) Saturday night we had dinner at a friends house, Norah came and was such a good baby while we were there. Sunday, I met up with some nesties and their babies from the GP board, we had lunch down in DC. It was a lot of fun
Bumps? Still working on getting rid of mine! No future bumps planned for another few years.
Upcoming vacations? CO for Christmas and then hopefully we can get things to work out for Brazil next summer! We have friends stationed there and it would be great to take Norah so they can meet her and we can meet their new little one!
Favorite thing about Thanksgiving? The food
I also love spending time with family/friends, but I haven't been with my family on Thanksgiving in about 9 years. Thanksgiving has been more about celebrating with close friends or Craigs family.
What'd you do this weekend? Cleaned my house and worked on other projects Friday/Saturday morning. Saturday evening we had our annual "Fakesgiving" dinner party with friends, 10 guests this year, it was a great time! Sunday-recovered from Fakesgiving and didn't do much of anything else.
Bumps? Nope, just the normal chub that needs to get worked off.
Upcoming vacations? Just going to the ILs for Christmas, but DH is pretty sure he's going to win a trip to the Bahamas in April for having such a good year at work, I am pumped for an all expenses paid trip to the Bahamas!
Favorite thing about Thanksgiving? Mashed potatoes. For sure.
What'd you do this weekend? -Got home from our cruise to the Western Caribbean. It was great, and we had a blast. I am missing the 80 degree weather, and I can feel my tan fading!
Bumps? NONE, except the 2lbs I gained on the cruise...
Upcoming vacations? Just got home from one, but we are doing a vacation w/ another couple this spring
Favorite thing about Thanksgiving?-Pumpkin pie:) I know you can make it all year, but it just doesn't taste the same in July:) Also seeing family, getting together. And call me crazy, but I love the shopping on Friday!
What'd you do this weekend? Sat we went to my hometown to take some photos and do some prep work for Christmas gifts (more details on that later). We wanted to take advantage of the nice weather. Yesterday we had to go shopping for P - he had a growth spurt and is already growing out of the winter clothes we bought for him a few months ago. Then I made homemade chicken soup, because we're all sick.
Bumps? Nope.
Upcoming vacations? Maine for Thanksgiving, is that a vacation? We're visiting my parents.

Favorite thing about Thanksgiving? Having the day off from work. And this year, for the first time in the 8 holiday seasons I've worked here, we're closed on Friday too!

What'd you do this weekend? I had a long weekend so I spent running errands and then I did a 5K yesterday in SF. The weather was PERFECT.
Bumps? if you call this fat a bump, then yes.

What'd you do this weekend? Went to Florida, drove down to the coast Saturday morning and ate a ton of oysters and shrimp! Went to the FSU vs Clemson game (thankfully had a W) Sunday we visited friends in Tally and saw my grandfather last night. So I am tired!
Bumps? negative.
Upcoming vacations? If the flights are open, you never know! I have several places I want to go between now and Christmas, but I am really hoping to take a day and go to NY to see Christmas decorations and come home!
Favorite thing about Thanksgiving? My moms dressing and mac & cheese!
What'd you do this weekend? Did a lot of lounging, a little cleaning, Christmas shopping and celebrated Charlie's second birthday!

What'd you do this weekend? happy hour & a date night friday, a lot of lounging/tv watching, a little cleaning, yard work, grocery shopping, swapped out the winter clothes. I had a sore throat so I canceled drinks for Sat night.
Bumps? picked a new donor. Chris starts meds again whenever CD 3 is.
Upcoming vacations? we're going to StL to see family from 12/23 to 12/30....not exactly vacation.
Favorite thing about Thanksgiving? HS football, but I'm not going since its not a home game this year and I'm doing a 5k with my dad. I suppose the sweet potatos! I usually love thanskgiving and am sort of dreading it this year. I'm not sure why.
What'd you do this weekend?
I worked Friday until 8pm, then we just had a quiet night at home and went to bed early.
Saturday morning I woke up and did some quick shopping. I got a new pair of heels to wear to dinner last night, and a new duvet set at BB&B. After the huge hassle I went through last year trying to get a bedding set that I loved, I wanted a new one. Go figure. I came home and then Wade and I had to go back into town to get some electrical supplies from Home Depot and Menards. After we got home we started wiring the basement. It was really fun to do that together. Later our friend Tyler stopped by. We went up to the hospital to visit FIL, then the three of us went to Buffalo Wild Wings. I went to our room when we got home so the guys could hang out together. I ended up falling asleep.
Yesterday I went grocery shopping and ran errands in the morning. We worked on the basement a bit more, then Wade went to see his dad again. I watched The Ugly Truth, and then had to get ready for my soon to be SIL's birthday dinner. It was a little black dress theme, which I wasn't so psyched about, but it was nice to see everybody.
Bumps? Not for this girl!
Upcoming vacations? Mexico again in January! We're staying at the Reef Playacar for my brother's wedding. I'm starting to get excited.
Favorite thing about Thanksgiving? That it's like the epitome of fall...decorations, food
What'd you do this weekend? a little shopping, dinner out with DH, celebrated my mom's birthday
Bumps? Nothing that involves a baby... just lumps and bumps.
Upcoming vacations? Antigua for my friend's wedding in May... besides that, not sure. Skiing at some point.

What'd you do this weekend? My parents had DS for the weekend.... Friday was "date night" with the hubs- went to the Hilton for dinner and drinks, then came home and watched some DVRd shows while enjoying a drink and working on a puzzle!! Saturday DH and I had a work reward dinner at a fancy restaurant with some of his coworkers and his boss. Sunday we picked up DS and I ran some errands and just chilled.
Bumps? Nope!! Not for a few years.... other than these last 10 pounds that just won't quit!! :-(
Upcoming vacations? Nothing planned yet! My BFF is getting married in Michigan in July- so we are going to plan a long weekend to include Chicago to see my brother and SIL too! We also have ticket vouchers that we have to book for soon- I'm thinking San Diego at the end of next summer....
Favorite thing about Thanksgiving? Spending time with family!!!!
What'd you do this weekend? Saturday DH and I cleaned up leaves in the yard and then cooked dinner and watched a couple of movies. Sunday DH had to work so I cleaned the house and hung out with the kitties.
Bumps? No real bumps yet, just a slight rounding of my mid section so far.
Upcoming vacations? I don't know, we might go to Colorado Springs for Christmas. Nothing else planned.
Favorite thing about Thanksgiving? Family and food and this year DH's best friend and his wife and their new baby girl are coming to visit so I can't wait to see them and meet Emily!
What'd you do this weekend? Friday- was a couch potato after the baby went to bed. We watched When In Rome through Netflix. Saturday- Laid low in the morning, napped with Mariela while watching Care Bears movie, brunch with my SIL & BIL, church, and then toy chest shopping and watched The Ugly Truth on netflix. Sunday- planted 50 tulip bulbs in our yard, DH put the grill away for the winter and ::gasp:: brought out the snow blower, then brunch at in-law's, and relaxed.
Bumps? I have stretched out remnants of one
Next real bump won't be until the end of next year if things work out.
Upcoming vacations? We decided on a family cruise yesterday. We are going on RC in January 2012 out of San Juan to St. Thomas, St. Kitts, and Aruba. Can't wait!
Favorite thing about Thanksgiving? The atmosphere. The noise of gathering with family, combined with the smell of delicious food just can't be beat. Plus, the crisp weather and signs of Christmas looming.
Bumps? nope!
Upcoming vacations? I am going to AZ to visit a friend sometime in January (depending on flights)
Favorite thing about Thanksgiving? My brother's deep fried turkey! I love spending time with the family too.
