I need a new purse
Where do you recommend I look to find something cheap (like $20 cheap)? I'd prefer to shop online vs. in store, so even though I know I might luck out at TJ Maxx or Marshalls, I'd rather start my search elsewhere first.

TJ Maxx was going to be my suggestion. I don't think I've ever purse shopped online because I like to investigate the inside before I buy.

Okay, since you guys seem to want to help me find a purse, let me give you an idea of what I'm looking for:
Something small. My current purse is probably 9 inches long by 6 inches tall. edit: I have seriously considered buying that infomercial product that is a punch of purse pockets that can be moved from purse to purse.

To address the question, "why not spend more on a purse?" I give you Exhibit A, the purse I am carrying right now. Got it on sale for $11 (originally $80), and have used it every winter for at least some period of time since circa 2002/2003 when I bought it. It's in fine shape.
So I understand Cali's hesitancy to spend more than $20, although I have caved in recent years, spending up to $35 on a purse! Incredible. That said, I do not advise veering off course from the TJ Maxx route. That's your best bet.
