**Adaza & AlishaNYC**

Adaza - my DH had his wisdom teeth pulled back in May. It was terrible!! He was so nervous and then he was in so much pain!! And after a few weeks he had bone shards coming thru...poor baby. When i had mine pulled at 22 i had no problems whatsoever!! I'll cross my fingers that your husband's surgery and recovery will be swift!

AlishaNYC - what are you in school for? I'm in grad school at NYU getting my Master's in Dance Education. I have about a month left as well and i have *4* group finals, 2 (or more) papers, a rough draft of my curriculum outline, a certification exam...i think that's about it... And i keep procrastinating!! :(

  • Hi!

I'm in LIU to get my Bachelor's in Nursing.  I hear you about the procrastination thing - I actually ditched school today (that's a NEVER for me) because I feel a bit burned out. From the way it stands right now, I have A's in all of my classes, so I'm not going to beat myself up for missing 2 days this semester. I have a TON of papers to write actually, and always end up doing them hours before they are due. I'm not much of a procrastinator generally, but I think writing comes so easily for me, I  know I can crank out a paper in less than an hour.

Sounds like you have your hands full over there. WOW.

  • Wow, nursing must be rough too! I have 3 friends that are nurses and i remember at least 2 of them pretty much always complaining about the course load. It's a lot of stuff to learn!!

I have A's so far too and the huge curriculum outline that's due in a few weeks is only worth *1%* of our grade!! I need to keep remembering that and stop stressing out about it...cuz it's only going to get bigger and more complex with the higher levels we learn in the next 2 semesters...

    Good Luck!!

It is extremely tough, and grating on your nerves. The workload is bananas.

OMG, if all that work is only 1%, girl you have to let some of that stress go. That 1% is not even going to matter at the end.

    Good luck to you too!
