So obviously my professors have said to take my time and turn things in whenever. However I'm thinking that maybe working on my last 2 projects will really help me take my mind off things. Should I just try to get it down and turn it in on time? Or take my time and the incomplete and work on it over the break?

Are they projects you can start but then put on hold if it gets to be too much? If you can, I would say start one of them and see how it goes...the worse case scenario is that you end up taking a break and take the incomplete and finish it over break. The best case scenario is that it takes your mind off things for a little while, keeps you busy, and you get them finished.
Good luck hun! Still sending hugs your way!

We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?
Working on the projects might help occupy your time and give you some sense of normalcy. It is a very personal choice. If it were me, I would start off and see how I was feeling.
This is probably what I would try to do, too.

I'm all late on this but I agree with ringy. If it helps you get through the day faster I would go head and work on them. If not just take your time and work on it as soon as you feel you can start on them again.
I am chiming in late but I want to say:
1. Your memorial service/eulogy was touching.
2. Do what you feel comfortable with. If you get it done great, if not you always have that option to do it later.
