Need opinions please!
So my internship is over next month and the dietitian at our sister hospital quit about a month ago so I'm applying for that job. I've talked to my clinical manager about it several times and she said that I was a really good candidate, blah blah blah but that they still have to accept other apps and have an "interview" with me b/c it's company policy, which I expected. I've already talked to her about it a lot and we've done some of the basic interview questions but we have to meet with the foodservice manager at the sister hospital also. I worked with him for a few weeks before so I know him also. They are both super laid-back and I'm really not worried about the interview or anything but I have no idea what I should wear. My clinical manager said today that we'll prob go up to meet with him Thurs sometime to "chat". I don't think it's really going to be a formal interview but I don't want to be underdressed either. I also have to be seeing patients the rest of the day so it might look kind of stupid if I was wearing a suit or something (which I don't even have yet). I think it would be more awkward if I was wearing something really dressy. So since it's going to be in the middle of my work day and probably somewhat relaxed, do you think it's okay if I just wear a cardigan and black dress pants or something like that (that's what I usually wear to work anyway)? Sorry this is ridiculously long- I really have no idea what I'm doing! haha Thanks

Or you can do a mix and match with a jacket and your black pants- if you have jackets appropriate for that.
PM if you want... I think I might work where you are applying (I think I know where you were interning and we have a relationship with that hospital). (ETA, it might not be my hospital but I know we have an opening here too... my very dear friend just applied for it too! competition!)
And I think what the others said would work fine!
