Because we have so many babies now, I'm curious...[Poll]
image

PCOS and Endo

Ovarian drilling and endo removed 1/3/12
BFP - 3/27/12
Beta's 11, 14, 57, 637, 2800
Sono showed no baby and teeny tiny sac. Waiting to M/C naturally.

Re: TTC/TTA poll

  • We want to be on the TTC train, but right now we're just seeing what happens.  Between age and other issues (I'm far from regular after going off the pill years ago)

So untill I'm working permanently we won't really be "trying" but if it happens, it happens, we'll figure it out.

  • well I'm obviously a SS

but when we move to NC, we'll start within 1 month.

That's next year right?  I love VA and the Carolina's.  I think if I were to move it would be there or Tennessee.

    we aren't sure probably more like the end of 2011, beginning 2012 ... I'll be 29 ( eek )

you have to come visit !

  • We're TTC - but, with us being in two separate cities, it's not an every month type of thing. Our next real chance is February when I go visit.

  • I think I'm a SS too.  We aren't ready yet...and won't be for some time.  So I don't want to say never, but I can't say soon either.  :(

  • I think it's interesting that 21% of us are "No! Never!"s.  I thought it was just me and Larissa.  Does that make 21%?  Math is not my thing.

I'm the third one. We don't think Nate will have any biological siblings.

  • If all goes well we'll start trying for number two around Amelia's first birthday the beginning of March.  BUT!  DH needs to have a job, I'd like to lose some weight and I'd feel more comfortable if the majority of Amelia's medical bills were paid off before we start trying again.  The first is a must, the last two are "it would be nice".  We're both ready to start trying now, but it just wouldn't be very smart.

  • I'm a special snowflake because I consider "soon" as in the next year and I am thinking it will be closer to two before TTC #2.

  • We are going to try again next summer.  I would love to have two close together.

Gonna adopt?  Cool!  US, Africa, or both?  Or other countries, for that matter.

My parents used to be friends with a couple who had one or two bio kids and then adopted "hard to place" kids from all over... older kids from the US, plus kids of all different nationalities.  They had to be the coolest people ever.  That's a heck of a commitment.

We haven't really gone in depth on who this kid (or kids) will be, but I'm leaning towards age 5-10, mixed race, American.

  • VERY cool!  If I ever decided I did want kids, that's something like what I'd want to do.
  • my special snowflake is that we will TTC in about 3-4 years. not soon at all :)
