Ang- I think it is only certain shell stations. Out here kroger and the shell across the road partnered for awhile until they got a station built. I think the commercial I saw on TV said in the disclaimer on the bottom certain stations, I could be wrong though.
I just saw a commercial about it!!
It now takes $100 in groceries to get .10 off a gallon... for every $100 spent that's another 10 cents, and they can add up to $1/off a gallon.
You used to be able to spend $50 and get .20 off a gallon but now it takes $200 to get .20 off a gallon.
Don't hate me, I just work there. I think the program is dumb.
