Re: FINALLY - Prince William & Kate engaged
Ditto!! I agree, I hope they air the wedding like they did with Diana! It was interesting to hear this morning about how they made all these changes to protect her like the 4 body guards from the Scotland Yard, etc.
As another reporter said this morning, you kind of had to expect that it would be announced before Christmas this year because Kate is attending an event during Christmas at one of the Queen's estates that she would only be allowed at if she were engaged to William (or something like that).
LONDON ? A spokesman for Prince Charles says Prince William has given fiancee Kate Middleton the engagement ring that belonged to his late mother, Princess Diana.
The ring is an oval sapphire surrounded by diamonds.
