I knew that ebay lady was not going to quit being a PITA
She got her package, which the delivery confirmation clearly states, yet she is still trying to claim I never sent it.
I'm done with ebay for now, I sold what I wanted to sell. I'm not done because of her, but because ebay won't let sellers leave anything but positive feedback for buyers and it pisses me off, this isn't the first time I've wanted to say bad things about a buyer and can't.

yup I hate ebay too.
Right now I am trying to get my money back from the DS that I sent back in after only having it for a few weeks before it broke. Bought it new in package from a seller in China. They offered to fix it or refund me. I chose refund so I could buy one local with insurance on it. I mailed it September 9th and they suposely still haven't recieved it. I am pissed. It cost me $130 originally and then to mail it back it was $15. Grrr. So basically I am pretty sure I am out the money. And they have put me off on it for so long i passed the 90 days and cant do crap about it.
Real kicker is I went to bid on something else of theres (bc I had already left positive feedback once I received the DS), well they blocked me so I couldn't bid. I was never nasty to them, just sent them an email every 4 days or so asking if it has arrived yet. So they intentionally blocked me. SO I may have to get on DH's or my moms account to buy something so I can leave them some negative fb. Bastards.
eBay does nothing but make me mad anymore it seems. With the jacked-up fees, the PayPal monopoly and the fact that sellers have basically NO power or recourse in transactions, it's really turned into a craptastic place to sell.
That's so ridiculous!!! If you ever meet up with her IRL...give her a throat whack for me.
We've even had problems lately with taking stuff to places that sell for you on Ebay. We had a bunch of miscellaneous Corvette parts from when my dad passed. Been sitting on it for a while...finally took it to a place to sell it for us.
They picked out 3 things to sell...and gave us the rest of the stuff back. She said "I researched it and these parts weren't selling for very much."
#1...are you fricking kidding me? These are original parts from '62-'64 Vettes. They can't be found anywhere but Ebay. So I know they sell. When my dad did all his restorations...he would oftentimes have to wait for months until one bolt would finally get posted. One bolt = several hundred dollars.
#2: Who cares...we're still giving you a percentage of it to just post it for us.
