I am getting the baby belly! And people are TOUCHING it now! I kept reading about how once you start showing (or even just once people know you're pg) they will start touching you...well, it is true.
Friends from my dance troupe, a coworker! (female, a friend - I didn't mind), and other friends have all rubbed the belly and "said hi" to the baby. Ha.
I'm starting to show now. I put on a sweater to go to dinner with 5 of my college roomates last night and it was snug across my midsection and DH said with mock horror, while looking at my belly - "What is THAT?" hahaha. We took a group photo later after dinner and even though I'm facing forward, you can really tell! I love it. First time I am starting to feel more pregnant than like I just look like I'm getting fat.
It's still weird watching your own body change like this but it's pretty awesome at the same time.

Yeah, I never assume I can touch a pregnant lady's bump...I always wait for an offer.

At least 2 of the people asked me first - one of those was a mom so she'd been through it all before herself. The others just swooped in and next thing I know, I was being fondled. Ha.
I am SO glad my parents aren't the touchy feely type but I feel like when I see my extended family at holiday time I might get a few more gropes. Ah well.
