Where you a nerd, athlete, cheerleader, outsider, etc.? I was a trouble maker. Mouthed off to teachers, got into a few fights and always cut class. If I could go back in time I would change my behavior.
Who was your favorite boy band, group, singer, etc. as a teen? I loved All for One and Boyz II Men.
Most memorable teacher or faculty member? My Spanish Teacher. I forgot her name, but she was the best teacher I had in high school. She was so sweet and so cool. Hers was the only class I didn't ditch.
Did you go to your 5 year, 10 year, 15 year HS reunion? Nope, wasn't invited to my 5 or 10 year.
One word to describe your first kiss? Disappointing!

Did you love it or hate it?
I loved it. It was great. I was pretty much a teacher's pet and was more involved with clubs, sports, activities than should've been allowed probably.
Where you a nerd, athlete, cheerleader, outsider, etc.?
I was a goody-goody but got along with everyone. Played tennis and was on the flag/dance team in the band.
Who was your favorite boy band, group, singer, etc. as a teen?
I liked country...some pop but mostly country.
Most memorable teacher or faculty member?
My technology teacher, Carman (called him that too) and my 2 history teachers, Ms. Newman, and Mrs. Moore. Both awesome ladies and amazing teachers.
Did you go to your 5 year, 10 year, 15 year HS reunion?
We didn't have a 5 year reunion and the 10 year isn't til 2014 but will probably go to it.

ms. bailey, english teacher, she was a biatch and a hard-ass but she was awesome to you once you stood up to her
mr. mccutchen, band teacher - he became like a 2nd father to me and helped me through one of the roughest parts of my life to date

Where you a nerd, athlete, cheerleader, outsider, etc.? I was alittle bit of everything, I was not a cheerleader but most of my friends were, I also would hang out with the "kickers" or the athletes, who ever I wanted to be friends with is who I hung out with at the time.

Most memorable teacher or faculty member? Mrs. T, she was my Home ec teacher, she was awesome, and I still remember mostly everything she taught me.

One word to describe your first kiss? It was with my HUSBAND, I was 15, he was 16! So sweet, he just leaned over in his truck and kissed me when he was dropping me off at home from a date.
Did you love it or hate it?
Mixed bag. Sometimes I hated it (I was teased ruthlessly). But other times I loved it and made some great friends.

I was an IB nerd who played sports (lacrosse and swimming). All our classes were w/ the same kids, so my only "outside" interaction was in sports, which was a welcome relief from all the "I'm better than you intellectuals"
What was your favorite boy band, group, singer, etc. as a teen?
I listened to a lot of hip/hop and rap in HS. It was a great vent for anger. I remember making mix tapes of NWA, Dr Dre and Snoop and listening to my walkman. Oh yeah, I'm dating myself...
Most memorable teacher or faculty member?
My senior year english teacher Mrs. Bess. Every wednesday was tea day. We brewed a giant pot, had english biscuits or cookies and read movies like Sea of Love, Bladerunner and Pink Floyd's The Wall. There were no assignments involved, just discussion. Loved it. She was also a female body builder, which made for some interesting stories.
Did you go to your 5 year, 10 year, 15 year HS reunion?
Went to my 10 year in '05 and apparently we're having a 15 year "get-together" next month that I was asked to help plan. I said no to the planning and I doubt I'll go. I must say though, people at my 10 year didn't recognize me and that was hella cool (apparently I got hotter in college, not so much now!)

Unknown. I think it was in kindergarden or first grade. I chased the boys on the playground, caught them and kissed them. I believe it was the start of my short-lived athletic career
Brew - I love me some old school Dre and Snoop! I swear Death Row Greatest Hits is still one of the best albums evar. I always get all nostalgic when I hear those songs. :-)
My soph yr in college, I went to visit my BFF at Harvard and we listened to the Little Plastic Castles album INCESSANTLY! Very fond memories...love Ani

Most memorable teacher or faculty member? Mrs. Sauer. no one liked her because she was mean but she was only mean to bad kids. I loved her. She was soo nice and was a really good teacher. I had her for calc and geometry.
Did you go to your 5 year, 10 year, 15 year HS reunion? we didn't have a 5 year and they said we were going to have a 6 yr but we didnt because our prez sucks. So if they have a 10 yr I'll go.

Most memorable teacher or faculty member? Mr. Henry, 11th grade Oceanography. He was a great teacher. Also, we were in his class when 9/11 happened and he was the teacher to tell us about it.
Did you go to your 5 year, 10 year, 15 year HS reunion? Most of my high school is too busy getting knocked up or divorced so we didn't have a 5 year. I have no idea if I'd go to a 10 year or not.

Most memorable teacher or faculty member? Mr. Hoovestal he was my history teacher :-) He has been teaching at my high school for 28 years and is head football coach.

Mostly loved it. I moved after my sophomore year and was super angsty for a while about having to leave all of my friends behind, so that was a rough period.

I don't know, really. I was in the smart classes, but I was fairly popular. My first high school was so severely segregated that I don't know how I was viewed by people outside of my group, I suppose I may have been a nerd to them. My second HS was so small that there really weren't any cliques.

Matchbox20, hands-down.

Probably my AP U. S. History teacher, Mrs. Krause. Not only was she awesome, but she somehow got me to learn history, which I usually hated. I bought her flowers after I got my AP test scores.

We didn't have a 5 year reunion, and I don't know about the possibility of future ones. I probably wouldn't go.

Where you a nerd, athlete, cheerleader, outsider, etc.? I was in all honors or AP classes, but I was friends with a lot of different types of people. I graduated with over 750 people in my class, and we were only one grade in the school.
Who was your favorite boy band, group, singer, etc. as a teen? Pearl Jam, Steve Miller Band...I can also recall specific songs I loved during that time period. Hey Jealousy was big my junior year, and No Rain we listened to all the time.
Most memorable teacher or faculty member? Well Mr. Hoy had the worst breath, a combo of cigs and coffee. And then my dueling English teachers I had both the husband and wife (he taught junior english, she senior). My junior year they were married, harmonious, and he was sending her flowers during my class. My senior year he was delivering divorce papers to my class. It was bizarre.
Did you go to your 5 year, 10 year, 15 year HS reunion? This year I've been out of high school for 15 years. We didn't have a 5 year, the 10 year one was organized by a loon and was poorly attended and lame, and we didn't have one this year either. With the advent of the facespace I got pressure to organize it since I still live in the area, and between me and my husband we know practically everyone we graduated with, but I couldn't swing it with the wedding at the end of September.

Most memorable teacher or faculty member? Malibu Bob. He was an English teacher who was in his late 40's/early 50's. He had leathery tanned skin and bleach blond hair and always turned everything into a sexual innuendo. My first year at college we found out he was arrested for sex w/a student from my class year.
Did you go to your 5 year, 10 year, 15 year HS reunion? As far as I know we didn't have a 5 year. Our 10 year is next year. Although, a bunch of the honors kids I hung out with might be meeting up over Thanksgiving and/or Christmas.

Did you love it or hate it? It's a toss up...I don't recall being particularly thrilled with it at the time, but looking back, I think it was a pretty mediocre, and relatively trauma-free, experience.

Most memorable teacher or faculty member? My freshman and junior year history teacher. Her first year as a teacher was my freshman year, and she made a real effort to connect with all her students. We still meet and have lunch from time to time.
Did you go to your 5 year, 10 year, 15 year HS reunion? We didn't have a 5 year, but we're in the midst of planning our 10 year. I'll probably go as long as we don't have anything more important planned.

Did you love it or hate it? - I had a love/hate relationship with high school. Friends were great, broke my leg in two places while sledding Freshman year and was in a wheelchair for awhile which sucked, high and low points.
Where you a nerd, athlete, cheerleader, outsider, etc.? - I was a cheerleader for one year until I got sick of the fakeness and cliqueiness. Some of my friends were nerds, some of my friends were on the cheerleading team. I was somewhere in the middle.
Who was your favorite boy band, group, singer, etc. as a teen? - definately Backstreet Boys, but the NSync concert I went to was one of the most memorable experiences of my life lol
Most memorable teacher or faculty member? - Mr. Regan (History) was HANDSOME as hell - Brad Pitt look alike - and the coach of the football team; all the girls had crushes on him. Mr. Rojee (Calculus) had keg parties for students on the weekends and started dating a girl from my class the year we graduated. Mr. Alyward (Physics) always cooked fish / burgers / hot dogs / steak for his lunch on a grill in the back of his classroom and would always offer us some. He also once picked a student AND his desk up when he caught him cheating on a test. Mrs. Colace (Biology) had a side job as a waitress and I found out when I unknowingly went out to eat at her restaraunt one night and she had our table! Mrs. Cecchi (Spanish) was one of the best teachers I have ever had and saved me when taking required advanced college Spanish. Mrs. Matondi (English) still thought she was a flower child from the 60s. Mr. Bariolo (band) was my FAVORITE. We played at all the football games and he always took the band and chorus to play carols at Quincy Market around Christmas. Ohhhh good old MHS lol - I could go on and on.
