ugh. I remember this.
This has been my first month off BC, assuming my cycle isn't all cuh-razy AF should be here Friday/Saturday/Sunday. My boobs are SO SORE. Oi. I rarely had any breast tenderness when I was on BC, certainly nothing like this. I don't think anything is TMI here, but sorry if this is - I can hardly stand to have my nips touched at all. This is really my only complaint post-BC so far.

Haha, I don't think I've ever read anything here and thought "TMI!" so it's all fine by me.
I'm sorry AF is coming back with a vengeance this time, hopefully it won't be so bad as your body adjusts to life without the pill. Do you think either hot or cold compresses would help? Other than that all I can think of Excedrin, because that's my go-to pill for any kind of pain.
the same thing happened to me when i got off BCP! I forgot my pre-BCP symptoms because i had been on it for so long, but i get so sore when AF is on her way!
When I wasn't on the pill, I would have all of the symptoms every month. Now it's like they rotate. Horribly sore boobs and tender nips this month. Mind numbing cramps next month. Over the top bitchiness the following month, etc. Hope next month is better!

this happened to me, too. i've been off for a year and a half now, and unfortunately, my symptoms have not subsided - at all.
