Well, good news is headed your way. When I left for work this morning it was 50F. And when I left work yesterday it was ~70F.
The first winter I was here, all I owned was a jacket. Now of course 50F feels pretty cold to me, but that's just because I'm now a Vegas prissy.
My sister that lives in OC said that is what happened to her! It gets so cold here that 50F is sweatshirt weather to me. Right now we are at 12F and snow blah! I am very excited about the change of climate.

My back has been hurting, but I think part of it is because of the move and unpacking. I am frustrated because I was supposed to see my Dr. today and they called and cancelled my appointment Monday. I would really like to get the results from my blood test and anatomy scan, but I'm hoping that no news is good news.
How the planning for the big move coming?
That's good to hear, sorry about your back. I can't believe how quickly time is passing. Hopefully all the testing comes back good.
Everything is planned for the big move. Plane tickets are paid for, moving truck has been booked and I gave my notice both at work/ for our town house. Right now we just need to purge and pack. I have a phone call to my uncle planned for Saturday to discuss logistics. We are going to wait on worrying about renting a place, buying a second car, switching cell phones and bank accounts etc. until we are actually there. It still seems so surreal that we are actually moving!
