What are you looking forward to eating the most?

for Thanksgiving?

For me, I think it's a combination.  I make a cranberry sauce with ginger and orange zest in it that I absolutely love, and I think I'm looking forward to the turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce bite.

I also love pumpkin pie, sweet potato pie....

I probably care about the mashed potatoes the least.

I'm going to try to make a gourmet feast this year, I'll let you guys know the menu and maybe take pictures!

Totally the opposite for me!  I looooove me some mashed potatoes!  I think they are pretty much my all-time favorite food.  :)

  • i have no idea what to expect since it will be my first one with the in-laws (oh Mom, I am going to miss your food sooo much!!!) but I am hoping to make some of the side dishes for us to eat the next week that I just love! Like candied sweet potatoes, creamed corn, and also pumpkin pie! DH doesn't like that so I will just enjoy it on my own... muahaha!
  • PUMPKIN PIE!!! with whipped cream on top!
  • We're going to our friend's house for TG so I really don't know what to expect. The husband is a great cook and the wife is a great baker so I think both dinner and dessert will be great! That said, I'm excited to see what he's going to with the turkey. I could see him going all out! When my family and I make TG dinner, I love roasted yams! My sister has a way of getting the outsides crispy and the natural sugar in the yam gets caramelized. YUM!!

I *love* cranberry sauce!! I had it for the first time at MH's parents' place 2 years ago and I just couldn't get enough of it!

I also love pumpkin pie but I cheated and got myself a whole pie before Halloween already =P Of course it's all gone by now, but I guess it's not something I'm looking forward to eating per-se since I already had it!
