Pole Dancing
My new love!
I just started my second round of classes( they run 6 weeks at a time).
I love it! So much fun and a great workout for me since my upperbody strength is well, non existent! I also work my belly out laughing so hard!
I love the group of ladies I go with were all very different and yet we always have loads of things to talk about and I have connected with them all!
I know my teacher does the occasional come try a free class...if you have this near you I say go !

I'm a PoleJunkies instructor in Calgary. Definitely the love of my life right now. Been doing it for 3 years.
