Hey Ladies
So my mom asked me what I wanted for xmas and after trying to make potato soup a few weeks ago and the recipe just barely fit in my current pot sizes, I decided to ask her for a larger pot.
Any suggestions on where to look? I have Calphalon pots now and I looked at the price for this size pot and it was $250 for one pot, so HELLLLL no that ain't gonna happen. I don't want something super cheap that is always going to burn the food but something reasonable.
I was thinking Target maybe?
Thanks!

They have EVERYTHING you would everything you could ever need. I get my baking pans from there. They will have whatever size pot you want and they are very durable (might not be a brand you recognize) as they have to withstand constant cooking in kitchens. It's where I got the huge pot for DH for his home-brew beer kit since that part wasnt included. Usually any decent sized city will have one. I'd Google for them in your area.
yea the ones i have now are 6 and 8 quarts. I talked to my dad (the cook in the family) and he said do 10 or 12 quarts for a larger size. I figured mine as well go with the bigger one.
thats the one I liked at Target too.
