AW: take that Christmas!!!
I'm totally going to pat myself on the back right now...
We (I) now have alf of our Christmas presents done!
The last ones we (I) have to figure out are for my parents & my brother. I want to stick with the spicy theme for my brother, but I'm getting real tempted to just get him a new game for his Wii or a case of Red Bull 
Then I still have Ted's present(s) to figure out... but I'm not too worried about that.
I also have to admit that it's a lot easier now since we don't exchange gifts with friends anymore. When we were doing that also our lists were huuuuge. Now we've all agreed to exchange cards & well wishes. lol.

Oh dear. I have like two stocking stuffers bought and that's it.
I just emailed my mom today telling her she needs to make a Christmas list for me because I have NO idea what to get her this year. Usually it's a breeze to shop for my mom but I'm having troubles this year.
Good job though! I'll get that salsa recipe to you asap if you still want it.

I definitely still want it! Even if I don't do the spicy theme for my brother, we all love chips & salsa so it will be good to have around.
Oh, I have similar issues with shopping for my mom also. Sometimes I know exactly what to get her, and other years I'm beating my head against the wall in hopes anything will come to mind.
This exactly, I haven't even started
Here's why my shopping this year has been so easy:
- I found MIL's present when I was in Oregon in August. It's an iron sunflower for the garden, and she loves that stuff.
- my SIL made Amazon wish lists for my nephews. So easy!
- we're getting my FIL a 2 year subscription to Food Network magazine & maybe something else "foodie" just so he can actually open something.
I also just remembered that my mom told me she wants a rice cooker. Soo... now I actually only have my brother & dad, and Ted.

I always tell myself that one year I'm going to get my shopping done before Thanksgiving... I guess this year isn't the one.
