Does anyone have the system or have any opinions on the New Leapster Explorer? I was considering getting it for P for xmas
Re: Moms of older tots..
I won one this summer! It's under my bed right now.
) I can't decide if I'm going to give it to her for Christmas or her 4th birthday in Feb. I like that there is a new attachment out that you can use the explorer as a camera and video camera! (I did get her one of those kid tough camera's for Christmas though). I do like that it is educational! I haven't bought any games yet but I plan to do ones that help with ABC's etc.
MC, does the DS do any educational things? It never crossed my mind that A would like that. We have a pink one in the house that just sits here (was Caitlin's and she hasn't touched it in 2 years). I gave all the games away to a friend and the last few I sold at my garage this summer so I would need all new games for it. A LOVES the ipod touch! She cracks me up watching her navigate the thing!
Let me preface this by saying we have the Leapster 2 and not the Explorer....
Sammy got one for his birthday this year and he is IN LOVE with it... we're going to get a 2nd one for Meredith too because they always fight over Sammy's leapster. I think it was well worth the money and apparently some place has the Leapster 2 for $25 on BF.
Walmart has the leapster for $25 on BF.
