TGIF
Plans for the weekend......
Friday- I'm taking a half day at work so that I can go home and do some packing. We are having a quadruple date tonight with some DH's teammates and their wives. I called 12 restaurants yesterday trying to get a reservation, which proved to be a lot more challenging than I thought. We settled for Chili's.
Saturday- We have a few people coming by to view our town house. I plan on packing and cleaning more. Also, our college's football team (that DH played for) are in the national semi-finals so we will be watching that on TV.
Sunday- Packing and cleaning, my in-laws arrive on Wednesday to stay with us for a week.

Re: TGIF
Friday: No real plans for tonight.
Saturday: Probably start our Christmas/Holiday shopping. We have to drop the dog off to get groomed around noon so we'll probably hit up the outlets for a few hours while we wait for him to get done.
Sunday: Typical Sunday routine... food shopping, laundry, cleaning. We also want to take our holiday card picture on Sunday.
Our neighbor texted me last night asking what we were going to be doing this weekend so who knows, maybe we'll end up doing something with them one day. I'm just happy that this is the first weekend in over a month that DH doesn't have to work!
Friday: I'm babysitting this evening for a friend so she and her husband can have some time alone. After that, unpacking and organizing.
Saturday: DH has the weekend off. I'm hoping we can go pick out some paint colors. I also have a coupon for Babies R Us that is good through the weekend, so I would really like to order the furniture for the nursery.
Sunday: Regular Sunday stuff- go to breakfast, run some errands. I would like to finish unpacking and setting up the new house so everything is ready for people to come over on Thursday.
Friday- No plans for tonight. Likely going to just hang out and make it an early tonight. I work tomorrow at 7:30...gah
Saturday- Working tomorrow. Doing a volunteer orientation so this week Saturday won't be my quiet catch up day that it usually is. After work though DH and I are going to the late viewing of Harry Potter!
Sunday- Sleeping in! Then probably a bit of house cleaning and the like. Family dinner in the evening.
Monday- Loafing around and maybe some more house cleaning. Depending on the weather the dog and I will likely have our weekly outing to the dog park while DH is at work.
This is one of the first weekends we haven't had major plans, so we're pretty boring
Friday: Not much, maybe catching up on the shows on our dvr.
Saturday: Wine tasting and Harry Potter
Sunday: No real plans yet, looking forward to a lazy day, maybe start doing Christmas cards.

Today: ...was a bit of a bummer morning for me. DH got off work early and surprised me with being home early and one of my favorite treats! Hamentashen! oh... so made me feel better! We just got back from an early dinner out, DH is "just spending time with the cat" - meaning he's asleep for the night. I'm doing a whole bunch of nothing.
Saturday: We're having a second 75-gallon fish tank delivered. We're getting new carpet in 2 weeks and needed a transfer tank for a few weeks while we move things around. Then we'll be packing up everything that's on a shelf or in a drawer in preparation for the new carpet. The good thing is that we'll clean things out as though we were moving and get rid of a lot of things we don't really need anymore.
Sunday: Usual grocery shopping, clean up, chores. Probably more packing up too.
I got an email from Babies R Us for sales until the end of the month. I'll be happy to forward it on to you. Also, if you have a Burlington Coat Factory with a Baby Depot inside, they are having some deals as well.
Tonight: DH and I took a friend out for his birthday. Now DH is out with a couple of guys getting drunk and I'm at home enjoying the me time.
Tomorrow: Gotta return a few things from the baby showers and hopefully get a mattress for the crib, pick up gifts from two friends who couldn't make it and then work on nursery decorations. We'll see how much of these actually get done. lol Hubby will be at a football game.
Sunday: Church and then some much needed lazy football time.
