Made my day

So have you ever had a HORRIBLE week, and one little thing made you laugh so hard that it made everything seem better. Like I woke up in a BAD BAD mood, got an email, and now am in the best mood?

  • I am glad you are in a good mood but now I think you are a tease. What made you laugh???? Even if I don't get it I am that nosey.
  • I'm glad it cheered you up!  You should save the email in case you need a good laugh on another day.  :)
  • So you know when I got married, I picked my bridesmaids perfectly; you know the ones that will be around forever as your bff?s. Well like 8 months later and I only talk to a few. Our group literally split in 2 (a and b) So I?m on the A team, and we Team A always invites the B team out when we go out, and we get all kinds of excuses ?I have a block party,  I have a family party, My sock has a hole in it blah blah you get the idea. And its funny that EVERY time there is something, there is an excuse.  If Team B would invite me places I would probably go. I have no problem doing that. But I never get an invite.  Oh so one member from Team B is getting married next year which is awesome. She?s happy good for her! Ya know? Well one of my bestest who really doesn?t pick a side (which is good) also got engaged and decided to get married a month after her. Well girl from Team B got pissed and wrote her unnecessary emails, God talk about not being happy for the girl. She literally told her it was her ?Summer? to get married. WHAT????? Be happy she isn?t getting married on the same day as you. Well whatever. I think it was rude. I always held a grudge against her because of that, the day after someone gets engaged you don?t try to upset them just because you don?t like the date the picked for their wedding. But anyways?..

A neutral friend is having a baby. So we decided to have a little ?sprinkle? for her (it?s her 3rd). So guess who RSVP?D no??????? yep Team B. SO I wrote on my friends facebook ?one down, 2 more fricken lame excuses to go?. Well I decided that might be too mean (yet true) so I deleted It and just wrote ?ONE?. Well a member from Team B must have saw it, and wrote the girl who is throwing a shower an email and said Sorry I can?t come, but I have my family holiday party, and attached is the email invite, so you don?t think I?m making excuses?.

When I read that I almost crashed my car. I had to pull over I was laughing to hard. Obviously she saw that comment and wrote that. Lol. (and she is probably seeing this since she is on the nest as well, so everyone say hi).

Maybe I?m in the wrong? I dunno. It just seems that EVERY time we have something the response is no, I guess they want us to get the hint. Which I have gotten.

I?m patiently waiting from the girl from Team B?s wedding invitation? If I?m invited, since I wasn?t invited to her 30th birthday next month?..

Would you girls FB dump them? They are all standing up in my bff?s wedding next summer and   I?m not sure if I should do before or after that, since obviously they aren?t real friends.

OH BTW, when girl from team b who?s getting married dog died, I sent a I?m sorry card (to be nice)? never heard if she got it.

  • Wow lots of drama. FB dump them!!!!
  • Oooh, thanks for the story! That was a good read while rocking Campbell! ?I don't think you're in the wrong; you continue to invite them and if they're lying about having other plans, they're just childish. I have a friend that's sorta like that, me and another friend always take bets on when she'll cancel plans we make with her.

If it were me, I would probably wait until after the bff's wedding to FB dump them just so it doesn't have the chance to cause strife before/during the friend's wedding.?
