I noticed on my bag of starbucks coffee that it says its best use within a week after opening. there is no way i can do that, whats the best way to store and keep it fresh?

We keep the beans in an airtight container in a cupboard and grind what we need for a week. Don't store coffee in the fridge or freezer.

I keep it in an airtight container in the freezer, even though I recently read that it should be at room temp, not in the freezer.
You should keep it in a dry, airtight and dark area.
