Sunday baking and cooking
Well, we already know that abvernon had a success with her pumpkin cinnamon rolls. What else have you baked or cooked this lazy Sunday (or weekend)?
I had a success too. These brown sugar ginger crisps have a real kick in them. They have crystallized ginger in them and I thought for sure dh wouldn't like them because that ingredient is too "weird," but he really liked them.
My favorite place on earth: The Amargosa Valley.

Made a few quick breads that actually turned out properly. Guess pre-heating the oven for more than 10 minutes really does help.
2 loaves of pumpkin chocolate chip bread and one banana chocolate chip loaf. Yum!
Yes, the cinnamon rolls were a success. I also made some chicken tortilla soup and cranberry apple cider.
I've made this pumpkin dip three or four times in the last few weeks and it is DIVINE. One of my favorite things, newly discovered, ever. I love it.
