Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Have you seen this show on the WE network? Girlfriends propose to their boyfriends and tell them the wedding is in one week. The boyfriends have a week to say yes and marry them that Saturday or walk.
I feel so bad for the guys being hijacked and tricked like that. What a way to start your life out together.

That is terrible. That is not a marriage.
I have NO problems with people who get engaged and get married right away (like, decide to get married and then head to the court house the next day) because that is a choice that they are making together, and I have seen it work.
But this is basically someone being given an ultimatum. Marry me or we're done.
What about if these guys maybe had been planning on proposing, and were saving up for a ring and a special way of popping the question? And now that's ruined. Stuff like that just disgusts me. I wonder how many of those "marriages" will last?
