Re: PG Check In

  • Guess I'll go first!

188 days to go! My BIL&SIL just had their chubby little boy on Friday, which makes me want to feel Baby Mo move that much more.

We have our next ob appt on Wednesday, not really sure what's going to happen at that appointment, but I'm still excited for it. I'm hoping we'll be able to schedule the anatomy scan for the next month. ...Actually, I'm hoping to schedule it for Dec 22nd (Dh's birthday). It'll be a little early, 17w3d, but if Baby Mo is still measuring about half a week ahead, it should be ok. Plus I know ladies who have found out in their 16th week, so I'm hoping the Doc will say it's ok! What a great birthday present that would be for him! And then we could tell everyone for Christmas. We're planning on buying a pink or blue flower bouquet for the moms, and then just calling everyone else, but if we could tell them as part of their Christmas presents, that would be fun!

I feel good, still wishing it looked more like a bump, and less like a gut. Still craving raw veggies, mainly broccoli, and also bagels and cream cheese.

    My overly happy baby girl!

  • I was suppose to go in for my GD test today, but we had an Ice Storm and they had to cancel. Good thing too because there was no way in hell I was driving in this weather. My new appointment is tomorrow if the roads are any better. I am thinking of just taking the next two days off anyway from work...but we will see:)

  • So I read this like 4 times before I realized 'hey I can reply there!!!!'

My brain is totally failing lately but really that & cramps are the only 'symptoms' I've had. After my blood was drawn the nurse called me back to let me know my numbers looked 'great', her exact words then later she said again how good they looked again, which made me feel a ton better. Of course then I found an article about how daily asprin while ttc can lead to multiple eggs being release. Surprise

December first is the first u/s and then I start either Lovenox or Heparin depending on what insurance will cover.

I came home today to find dh looking up names. He also informed me that the 'baby' is currently alien baby and he won't be referring to it as 'roo' until much later as it does not currently apply, he told me this when he was half asleep
