I pretty much had my ass handed to my at the gym last night, so I have a feeling that come this afternoon I'll be a giant walking ball of hurt. Oh well, it's a good hurt.
I'm thinking of taking tomorrow/tomorrow afternoon off. If I can get in to my stylist for a hair appointment, it's definitely happening. I think I'm due some time off!
How is everyone today?

We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?

Re: Good Morning!
Good morning.
Today is a busy day again for me. I really wish money did grow on trees so I didn't have to work. Ha ha wishful thinking.
Like you Raynes, I am probably going to get my ass handed to me tonight at Zumba. It will be my first time back in a week since my toe incident. I am hoping that I can just jump (literally) right back in, but we shall see.
On a happy note, I did go for my weigh in yesterday and to my surprise I am down more on my weight loss. Since I wasn't able to get exercise in this past week, I was rather excited. Points down to siggy.
All you ladies who are working out, running, just being healthy are keeping me on track!
Katsblaze - Congrats on the weight loss, that's awesome! Keep it up!
I posted on my blog yesterday how I've been half assing everything. I started a ton of things and have yet to finish them. I did get most of the Thanksgiving shopping done, just need to get some biscuits and mix and bread to make spinach dip. Turns out I won't need to hem our curtains because I hung the rod about an inch to high. I did lower it, but once I actually iron the curtains they should be perfect.
Still need to spackle and paint the old holes, iron and hang the curtains, grab two more folding chairs for T-giving (we already ordered and received two microfiber parson chairs), get some toys/videos for our 3 yr old neice since they are staying over Wednesday night and I don't want to be "entertaining" while I should be cooking on Thurs. Oh, yeah, then we need to vacuum, dust, and clean the guest bath... have fun husband! LOL

Good morning! Today is Fake Friday. We are closed the rest of the week. I have a few things that I need to get done today (like payroll) and then I am leaving at 3:15 to go volunteer with Food & Friends. They deliver hot meals to people with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other illnesses and each year they do a pie sale for Thanksgiving. Today is pie pick-up day.

Good morning. I woke up with a scratchy throat yesterday, and today it hasn't gotten any worse or better. I'm drinking orange juice and Cold-Eeze is my best friend right now, so I'm hoping that whatever comes isn't too bad.
Tonight we're supposed to go to the Wizards-76ers game, but that's going to depend on how I feel. If not, we'll probably just go home and rest.
Thank you for volunteering Reba!
Good job Kathy! Keep it up!
I'm thinking today is a better day so far, I was able to get up out of bed right away. We'll see. Today I'm going to pack for the cruise, so I don't have to worry about it over turkey day. Also hopefully I'll hear back from HR today.
That's awesome Kathy! I fell off the bandwagon super hard last week (hello two bags of potato chips), but am back to walking 3-4k extra home each night. It's a small step, but I figure it'll add up.
Here's what I have to do today:
Sort out all the paperwork for a field trip I'm taking two kids on on Friday. There are a ton of problems with it, but I'm hoping our secretary can sort it out.
Design a short story test for my grade 8s tomorrow.
Plan a drama lesson for my grade 7s.
Explain (in writing) all of the above so my supply teacher tomorrow doesn't get confused.
Finish doing an IEP referral for this kid who's super spec ed, but isn't formally identified so he can get more support next year.
Teach my classes (we're doing this board mandated thing called explicit teaching that's a real PITA).
Start marking the 102 assignments I've received over the past two days.
Make a list of concerns to take to my physical tommorow (like getting up to pee 3 times a night).

I have a very busy 3 day work week. I have 4 proposals due today and my office mate is off. Yesterday I officially sent in my acceptance letter for my new job as my current job couldn't come up with a counter offer that interested me.
Other than work, I'll need to pack when I get home tonight to be ready to leave right after work tomorrow to head off to Kyle's family's Thanksgiving. Yum!
Good job Katsblaze!!
Susi I hope you are feeling all better by Thanksgiving.
Today I have a tons of work to do. I'm hoping to get all my homework out of the way before Thanksgiving.
I also have a wedding rehearsal to attend for my friend's wedding which I'm totally looking forward to.
Congrats Kathy!
Rebaann - You're an amazing women and you're an inspiration to all of us. Thank you!
Today I have several marketing projects I'm working on and I need to design an invitation for our company Christmas party. Tonight I'm going grocery shopping and hopefully I'll be able to get everything I need for all my holiday baking.
Good morning!
rebaann - good work with the volunteering, sounds like a great organization.
Kathy - keep up the good work!
Nothing much to report today. Yesterday I took a day off just for the hell of it and it was the best thing ever. We went out for Ethiopian food at lunch and I got to spend the day snuggling with Sherlock.

Kathy - great job! You've got awesome motivation!
As for me, my morning sickness has been getting worse and I am feeling like crap today. Eating no longer helps keep me feeling okay. Now I don't feel like eating and I have been sick all morning. Ugh. I have to keep reminding myself it's all worth it!

girl-23 - I hope it gets better and not worse. You might be able to check into using some motion sickness meds to help with the queasiness. I'm not sure what they do in Canada, but in US, they have things you can put on your wrist or behind your ears or even just meds for morning sickness that are baby safe.
Kathy - that's awesome! I'm super jealous
Rebaan - you have an amazing heart
Today is pretty slow since all of the students are starting to trickle home for the holidays. I was getting sworn into the mass bar yesterday, so today is also my only day at work this week. I'm stoked to go home and know I have the next 5 days off. I can't wait to light a fire this week and get a clean house all in order for family to come over. Should be some good down time with the hubs.
Good Morning!
Kathy-That's awesome, keep it up!
I am just trying to get through the pile on my desk so if we get the snow/ice everyone is talking about tomorrow I can get out of here early if it gets bad enough. I will just be cleaning, grocery shopping and getting ready for 20+ people at our house Thursday! I love a full house of family.
Kathy, keep up the weight loss that's amazing!
girl23 - Try eating small amounts of saltine crackers. If that doesn't work, Animal Crackers worked for me.
