A new plan (xp from TTTC/IF) - a little long
I just wanted to share, because I know I have a lot of supporters here 
Through the research study I had a ton of bloodwork done as well as an SHG. We had previously paid for DH to have an SA done. Aside from confirming the PCOS diagnosis, the SHG and SA were normal.
In 2004 I had a minor cervical surgery, so the new RE is going to request those records from the hospital where I had that done. She said it's possible that I have a divided uterus as a result of the condition I had surgery for, which wouldn't have shown on the SHG, so I have to have a HSG to check. If that's the case, I may have to have another surgery. She said that the surgery would be outpatient and non-invasive. This is the one worry I have, since it could potentially delay us further.
After all that comes back, and if everything is normal, then we can start cycling. She wants me to go back on Metformin in the next couple of weeks. Then, the plan is to do 150mg Clomid + trigger + IUI starting after the HSG cycle, since I ovulated in the research study on what we assume was 150mg of Clomid (though it could have been 7.5mg of Femara).
YAY! Now just have to get through the holidays It's awesome to finally have an individualized plan and a doctor who cares about ME! She closed the appointment with "I'm going to get you pregnant in the new year, not to worry!"

That's so exciting! I wanted to ask you if you had looked into acupuncture? I noticed on some ppl having TTTC have tried it. I just started it for my allergies/ asthma/ sinus issues and can feel a significant change in my whole body. I highly recommend it if you have the chance to do it.

Oh Sarah, I'm so happy to read that post. I'm SO glad your doctor seems to genuinely care about you and Aron and your TTC journey. Like Megan said, I hope you don't need another surgery, but if it will help you have a baby then I hope it works for you.
You're always in my prayers (along with others on here TTC) and I strongly believe in the power of positive thinking. Keep your chin up and like your doc said, it'll happen for you in 2011!!!
This RE highly recommends acu during IUI cycles, so I'll be looking into that after the first of the year. My new insurance will cover 12 acu visits/year.
I'm also going to go back to my fertility massage therapist (my aunt's husband) to get some things moving again there too!
