AW: Finally finished all of my canning! PIP
I finally finished canning everything this season! It has been a long but awsome season. Hopefully next year will be a better season for tomatoes so I can make some more tomato based stuff. However, the unexpected gifts of pears was really awsome this year. How did everyone else's canning go this year?

Green Living Reading List
Oh you don't even wanna know.LOL
I did apple sauce, peaches, 10 kinds of jams, 3 types of pickles, about 80 jars of salsas (green, chipotle, habanero), tomato soup, tomatoes (for cooking), habanero gold jelly and pomagranate jelly (great on grilled cheese sandwiches or pork chops), chicken noodle soup, canned mangoes, green beans, canned pineapple, raspberry chocolate sundae topping...
There's more, but this is all I can remember right now...
We didn't can a whole ton, but between canning, drying, and freezing, I feel like we have a lot. We canned:
-tomato sauce
-strawberry and blackberry jam
-Green tomato salsa
-green beans
We dehydrated:
-apricots
-tomatoes
-jalapenoes
-celery
-cherries
-cranberries
And froze pretty much every vegetable the Farmer's Market and our backyard has to offer.
My baby was keeping me busy and I didn't get any done. My mom did some for me, though, so I am content.
