Just a little stressed
I went through my to-do list and narrowed it down so my workload is more managable over tomorrow and next week. Shortly after doing this my heart started to race and I was breathing normally but still feeling slightly short of breath. I would take a deep breath every few minutes to try to not feel short of breath and I would yawn. After doing that for a few minutes and doing some medical maneuver (as my mom called it), everything went back to normal and I was yawning a lot. Turns out I was hyperventilating due to all the stress and anxiety about all the work I have to do tomorrow, Monday, and Tuesday.
It will feel really good to get out with my girls tonight and have some fun!

I think you should dance, dance, dance. LOL At first I was going to say take a long a$$$$ walk but then I read about the girls night and dancing is a form of cardio.
Certain projects at work have been giving me major anxiety and while I love the Holidays year end can be rough in many ways.
I think a girl's night is just what you need!
I don't like work stress either.

11/10 - 100mg Clomid + trigger + IUI + Estradiol + Progesterone = BFN
12/10 - Unmedicated cycle due to RE not doing treatments in December = BFN
1/11 - 100mg Clomid + trigger + IUI + Estradiol + Progesterone = BFN
2/11 - Same sh!t, different month = IUI cancelled due to no response = BFN
IVF #1 - Start stims (Follistim) 5/10, add in Ganirelix 5/14
ER 5/21 - 13 retrieved, 7 mature, 5 fertilized; ET 5/26 - transferred one perfect 1AA blast. 3 snowbabies.
