Scone Mix/Recipes
Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone knows of a place to buy scone mix. We bought some scone mix this fall at an apple orchard and it was amazing. However, we haven't been able to find anything at any stores in the area...we were hoping to make them Thanksgiving morning. Any ideas?
Or if anyone knows of a simple recipe, that would be appreciated, too. TIA!

Scones are super easy to make, because you don't have to roll them or shape them or spoon them into muffin tins... Do you have the Joy of Cooking? There's a recipe for buttermilk scones in there that's really easy, and you can modify it to include whatever ingrediants you have on hand.
