anyone know anything about TQL in Milford?
My husband has an interview with Total Quality Logistics today and I'm a little skeptical. Does anyone know anything about it? If I'm understanding correctly, you move to commission based after 6 months then have to pay back the salary you earned during the first 6 months out of your commission.
Re: anyone know anything about TQL in Milford?
I think it's MrsMandaK's husband.

This is a pretty common salary practice when it comes to commission - if its the same office (located between Amelia and Eastgate) its been nominated as one of the best workplaces in Cincy in the past - cant be too bad. I interviewed there but I was looking for something more structured.
TQL is in Eastgate, RDI is in Evendale with a satellite in Milford. I believe both are great places to work. If you are really willing to bust your hump. TQL has lots of room for advancement- esp. if you have a degree. I have heard, though, that sometimes it's not always moral. I nevr heard enough to site specifics, just that to each his own sort of thing.
I also know alot of people that work at RDI and I am very. very impressed with how well the company takes care of theirown and how well everyone works together.
Yeah, TQL is is Easgate- you can see it from 275 when you're between Beechmont and 32
Anyway, someone I know fairly well used to work there. This person worked there for almost a year and at that point was laid off.... sales numbers weren't as good as they *should* be during a recession. IMO, they give the impression of being a great place to work but do some sketchy things. It's a very competitive environment, and in some ways it can be very tough from what I understand. It may very well be the right place... it just depends on the person

I worked for this company for 2 years, met DH there, he worked there for just over a year. Feel free to email me because the things I have to say about this place probably shouldn't be posted on this board.
