Who still has leftover invites?

PLEASE tell me to throw them away.  I know saving one or two is ok, but I have 20+ at my house in a box that I just can't get rid of.

Boo.  Can anyone comiserate?

Re: Who still has leftover invites?

  • I had 40 left, and I finally dropped them in the recycling.  Sigh.

  • I sent out all of mine and didn't keep any! Ooops
  • I DIYed mine, so I didn't print any extras.  No need to keep extras sitting around.  I say recycle 'em.

  • Throw them away!

I didn't even have one extra to keep for ourselves.

  • We have a TON.  We printed from Catprint.com, and they sent us 2 packages of our main invite (we did pocketfolds); they must have run it twice by mistake?  So instead of having ~15 extra, I have 115 or something.  DH and I keep looking at our box of invite junk thinking we should recycle, but it just feels wrong.  Yeah, I can commiserate.

  • I have a lot leftover and can't bare to throw them out. It was 10.50 a piece :/
  • Yes, I have a ton left over, also.  I can't bring myself to throw them out...some day.. LOL

Holy caca!  For that much, I think I'd wallpaper my house in the left overs just to not have to throw them out. :-)

  • I still have a bunch left over and need to get around to recycling them.
  • I just tossed all mine last week...I felt bad but who is going to use them? I did keep one though - I think I might frame it or do a shadow box with some of the wedding keep sakes...

  • I have a few... I DIYed them, so not many but I stuck them in a basket for possible scrapbooking or whatever later. I even set one aside sealed in the envelope to mail on the wedding day, but, I forgot. :( oh well.

  • I still have them, plus the unprinted ones.  Uggh!  Actually wedding central (the office) is still pretty much exactly the way it was the day I finished everything.  I better get on that!

I just threw the RSVP cards into the recycling last week.  I hesitated but did it.  When I got back into the car DH was repeating "horders honey, horders!".  He's so afraid I'll turn into my mother ; )  I feel a little sad about throwing them.
