As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. AW We're getting a new fence!
I'm ridiculously excited because as of next Wed. we will have a new fence around our backyard. This has been on the top of my list since we bought this house and I never thought we'd be able to swing it.. Not only is our fence a total eyesore (it's rotted, falling over, and a whole panel is missing), but we live on a pretty busy street, and the fence is completely open in the front, and with Andrew running like crazy and a new baby on the way, I was having nightmares about him running into the street when I have my hands full with the baby. So...I bit the bullet and emptied out another one of our retirement funds, a mutual fund that I had from my single days. So...we're now up to a 401k, IRA, and mutual fund that have been closed out for $ for the house and we may not ever be able to retire..lol.. but it's totally worth it IMO. Nothing is worth more than my children's safety and my peace of mind. So I can't worry about losing the money... It's just a 4ft. wooden picket fence, as simple as we could get, but I can't wait to see how much better it looks and can't wait to let Andrew run all over the yard without having to worry. Just wanted to share this very exciting news...haha!
