Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I think our heated matress pad is broken or something! We turned it up to 5 (both zones) last night, and it hardly felt warm. We checked that it was plugged in properly and everything, but it still isn't working right. And it's getting cold (it was in the 40s last night -- don't laugh, that's really cold for us).

Oh, that IS sad. If it truly is broken you are going to have to buy another one! Check for Black Friday deals and maybe you can order one online for cheap (aren't you one who stays far away from stores on Black Friday?)
I haven't been using mine because I have been waking up sweating at night b/c of the space heater.
DH bought it for me as a Christmas present last year (best.present.ever.), so there's a chance it might still be under warranty.
If not, I'm going to look online on Friday to see what we can do. I'm not going anywhere near a store.
