Since I have to go back to cooking dinner. I need to make crockpot meals at least once a week since I still want to make it to the gym.
I have a huge list of meals, but what do you want that is really good and semi-healthy....oh hell, it doesnt even have to be healthy. LOL.

We really like salsa chicken.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 jar salsa1 package reduced sodium taco seasoning
Directions
Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken.
Pour salsa over chicken.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
I add extra onions and peppers to mine sometimes.
My favorite crock-pot recipe is pulled pork. (I'm sure it's probably on your list already, but I'm explainin' it anyhow, hehe)
Just plop the pork in, pour in a can of root beer, and cook on low for about 9 hours. Pull it out, shred it up and mix it with some Sweet Baby Ray's!
You can put it on buns, bread, or (my favorite) on garlic toast with cheese melted over the top. Mmmmm
I have a crock pot mac n cheese recipe if you're interested. Everyone but me really likes it, lol.
I also do salsa chicken but i use restaurant style salsa and no taco seasoning, sometimes i add black beans. SO yummy!
