I hate video games. My h always says he won't play them while I'm around, because he knows I hate them. All I asked him to do last night was clean up his dang pancake dishes, and he told me he would...right after he got to a certain spot in the game. He still hadn't done it an hour later.
Grrr..The thing that made it a big deal was that I wanted to talk to him about what we are going to do with my car today, (it wouldn't start last night), but he was basically unresponsive because of the dang video game. I'm sure that's why I made the dishes an issue.
I'm so happy I'm leaving early to head to Salt Lake tomorrow so I don't have to deal with them the entire day. H can get them out of the house himself.

Geez i havn't posted in forever!!! Been so busy with work and life, I have no time anymore ugh!
Anyways my FFW goes out to all the media crap on TSA. I am so sick of all these people out there, who have NO friggin idea about what they are talking about. They talk about using common sense when it comes to screening passengers, and yet they have no common sense on their ideas. You REALLY think that what they do in Israel, would work here in the US?? Come on! It will NEVER happen... it will NEVER work. They have one airport, we have how many? Their officers are college educated, do you really think we can afford to pay for college educated caliber TSOs?? Do you really think we could afford to train all the TSOs the way they train their security? Even if we could... you think that the ACLU and all the other civil liberties orgs out there would allow the government to profile passengers, questions passengers/individuals, the way they do there? What TSA has is the next best thing, and is moving in the right direction... believe me, if you want to feel safe that there wont be another terrorist attack, be happy about the body scanners and pat downs... BE GRATEFUL!! Because I know for a fact, that this makes us MUCH more safe... it makes is MUCH more difficult for terrorists who somehow go under the radar to get something on an aircraft. So quit biitching.

i dont understand how an equal pay act doesn't pass. i wish congress would go fvck themselves. studpid d!cks. "ohhh paying women and people of color for their work will hurt businesses because TAXES." i find that interesting because i pay taxes to pay YOU, but i don't REFUSE to pay my taxes because i think you're an idiot! after all, you *are* working!
srsly, america?! it's getting old. grow up.
oh. and family. i HATE going to places that aren't my parent's house for thanksgiving. listen, i know i should grow up and accept change, but i cannot handle *not* cooking with my mother. it's a private thing for me. it's when me and my mom spend time together working as a team and she teaches me things and we argue, and drink, and talk. i know it's childish but i refuse to give it up. even going to my aunt's (her sister) house is irritating. she always has her bff there, and they have THEIR traditions so it's THEIR thing...granted my mom and aunt are WAYYYYYY better cooks than bff (and my aunt specifically asked that my mom and i make a couple things so's not to offend the bff)... but sometimes i feel like when we go there my dad is more inclined to go hunting because he doesn't like anyone else's food. and then i dont get my dad on tday. ANNOYING.
i dont WANT to go to my ILs for any meal because none of them actually cook. srsly. potatoes from a BOX on a HOLIDAY. i'm not having it. i never thought i'd be one of those wives who never went to the ILs. i feel like an ass. but they ALWAYS insist on doing their stupid crap (as in. they spend 3 hours max with each other) on holidays in the middle of everyone else's thing! because they dont have any immediate family traditions. and when they only spend 3 hours together, the hour to get there, and the hour to get back ISNT worth it! especially for BOXED POTATOES. srsly.
ugh. holidays are becoming a burden because i can't just do what i want when i want. i'm thisclose to boycotting holidays if people give me sh!t.

I really don't have anyone or anything to flame, which is a good thing. I have been off this entire week and have got a lot of stuff done around the house, including some baking.
I can't wait for this weekend - OSU vs Michigan game and getting the Christmas stuff put out.
I'm annoyed at one of my classes. We have a big project due and it has different presentation days. So, some people get an extra 2 weeks to work on it. There have been some issues with people in this class not doing assignments or doing wrong assignments and with people being late every day. I have been to every class on time. I have done every assignment correctly. I missed last Tuesday because I had to have some potentially scary bloodwork done. Of course, that is the day that sign ups happened and everyone signed up for the later days, leaving me all alone on the first day.
I know it's my fault for not being in class, but I'm just annoyed that I have to spend all Thanksgiving break working on it. I think everyone should have the same due date, but present on different days.
I flame the people on my new board for not following the rules of flame free confession threads. Last I checked posting in a flame free confession thread was meant to be flame free, not an immediate free for all against the confession.
I also flame them for telling me Im too sheltered for saying I wish we had a mod so that FF could stay FF they told me that the only job of a mod is to make sure people dont need banning so Ill stick to posting my flames here so that I dont have to be worried Ill have 280 people jumping up my ass about it.
