I have today off work so I'm going to go to a bar a watch the Lions game with some friends and eat bar food! After that I'm meeting up with my brother and his gf to take our niece and nephew to see Megamind.

I'm here! At least for the next few hours. I have a turkey breast cooking in the slow cooker, so I'm really curious to see how it turns out. Still not sure how I got suckered into doing American Thanksgiving tonight, since I'm a Canadian living in the UK and have to work today
. Oh well, DH wanted it, and it should be yummy.

I'm here...watching the Macy's parade...which is quite literally my favorite three hours of the year. I am a dork, but it is such a tradition for me. I won't even let our company show up until the parade is over because I don't want to miss anything.
Just about everything is prepped for today's dinner, so I just need to pop things into the oven at different times...Thanksgiving is my favorite!

I'm here, I'm excited to have the whole family plus 2 good friends over. Our family is notorious for taking in "orphans" for holidays. This year it's my FSIL and bro's roomie Beth, and my best friend Janice. This will make the games we play even more interesting.
I'm hoping to get all my crying out of the way before people come over. I don't want to ruin thanksgiving. I cooked too much good food for that to happen.
Happy Thanksgiving all of you south of the boarder! I am working today and tomorrow. Totally looking forward to the weekend.
Tonight DH and I are doing some winter things with some of the kids we mentor. I guess snow is a pretty big deal here, it automatically means people are going to drive like idiots. I am looking forward to sledding tonight. Oh, and the hot chocolate that comes after.
I'm here for a little bit. Watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade. I made my dessert last night and I'm not making my green bean casserole until I go to my mom's at noon. So just relaxing and looking through the Black Friday ads.

I'm here with stomach cramps. I clearly ate something yesterday that's making my body really unhappy today. I've been running back and forth to the bathroom all morning... which... let me tell you, isn't easy to do when you're teaching a class.
This better clear up soon, otherwise I'm going to be in big trouble tomorrow. I'm taking kids on a field trip and missing it would be a disaster.

I'm here!! Woke up late this morning. We got home pretty late last night from our friend's wedding.
