GODDAMNIT I am like terrible at cooking. I'm too blond for this. So for some reason I thought it'd be a good idea to commit to making the stuffing, the sweet potatoes, green beans, and a pumpkin cheesecake. So far I have made the sweet potatoes, used totally the wrong thing, they are white, not orange, and the cheesecake. totally effed it up, it's like Pumpkin soup with a crust. AWESOME!!
Re: I'm fvckin up!
Aww
I usually volunteer to do a dessert since that's what I'm good at.
UPDATE : The sweet potatoes are fine. And taste amazing. Jury is still out on the pumkin cheesecake
Hahaha I am dying at this - you will get better, I promise!! The cooking thing takes a while (at least it did for me) but I can do it now...and if I can do it, ANYONE can.
Did you use regular potatoes instead of sweet potatoes? If you did, I am REALLY LOLing at this.
UPDATE!!!!!!!!!
they were just white sweet potatoes, and they were delicious!!!
And the cheesecake was not as firm as it could have been BUT it held it's shape.. mostly... when you sliced it, and it was DELICIOUS!! So really, I didn't fvck anything up!! YAY!!
I WAS VICTORIOUS!!
ditto!
p.s. i've never heard of white sweet potatoes so i would have freaked too!
