I had my first significant flurries sighting this morning, which, to me, is super exciting. In honour of the snow I picked up my first Egg Nog latte of the season.
I've got a jam packed weekend coming up. My plan is to head into Toronto tonight and hang out with my girlfriends at their place, and then get up and go for brunch, shopping and afternoon tea with ringy and kaesha, assuming ringy is feeling better. Then in the evening I'm off to Medieval Times to celebrate my friends birthdays, then off to a sixties party at what looks like a really fun bar (Clinton's?).
Sunday will be recovery and building in the framing for the fire place!
What does everyone have on the agenda for the weekend?
Re: Happy Flurries! Uh, I mean Friday...
I love when the flurries ocme down! We actually had some here in Philly yesterday.
Have fun at Medieval Times. I never been but want to go.
We are laying low this weekend. May go out and do some shopping later tonight just for fun.
We're supposed to get flurries tonight as well, which I'm hoping for - I love the first snow of the year!
raynes, your weekend totally puts mine to shame and makes me feel so lazy. Other than tonight, we don't have any real plans. MIL is coming to visit next week, so probably make sure things are in order for her. I'm looking forward to tonight, though - we're going to see a tennis match, Roddick vs Djokovic so it should be good.
Happy Friday ladies!

Raynes I pretty much want your weekend.
Today I have therapy at Noon, then in the evening we're going to try to get my siblings together to play at Dave and Busters,
Saturday I'm going to try to see harry potter for real this time, Also this night we're going out to party because all 3 of my siblings are in town, and my big sister is leaving for Armeria on Sunday.
Sunday, recovery, finish packing for the cruise, and sully gets dropped off at the kennel.

I'm getting ready to leave the house in a few minutes to do some shopping. Hopefully, most of the crazy Black Friday shoppers will be on their way home by now.
I want to make fruit cake today and set up the Christmas tree(s).
I'm not sure what's on the agenda for the rest of the weekend. We still have movie passes that we haven't used, so we may try that again.

I just finished decorating the inside of the house for Christmas (except the tree, which we won't do for a couple of weeks.) We won't do outside until tomorrow or Sunday because it is gross raining outside...
We have no plans for the weekend, which I am excited about! It is the last weekend before Christmas that we aren't jam packed with things to do, so I am going to take advantage of it and watch Christmas movies in my pjs...and it is especially nice because I did all the cleaning and laundry before company came yesterday, so literally the only thing I have to do is grocery shop at some point!

I have to work all weekend, 7-3 Saturday and Sunday.
Tomorrow night is my Super Santa Run! I picked up my Santa suit tonight and I'm pretty excited. About 500 Santas running along the parade route looks like it will be fun.
