Mon - Wed. I was training somebody to do my job. This is the first time I have quit a job and had to do that. I must write, it's hard work.
Thursday: I must be becoming an American. I cooked a turkey yesterday because of losing my kitchen.....
Today: The kitchen is coming out... and the new kitchen is going in, hopefully... SO EXCITING and FINALLY.
This will be our new countertop: http://www.countertop.com/images/cordTool/designs/big/1852-LunaCrest.jpg

Melting Snow... because it means that spring is actually on the way and it's not snowing or cold.
Re: My week.
Pretty!
And yeah, it has to be weird that you had to train someone to do your job. But at least you quit & weren't fired or laid off!

The counter top is lovely!
Every time I have a quit a "grown up" job where I am the only person in the company or location where I am I have given loads of notice so I can train the new hire...except every organization procrastinates hiring someone new until it's too late.

OOO! New kitchen. So nice and super exciting!
I've never been able to train a replacement, because every job I've quit has not had my position filled by the time I leave. I just leave lots of notes.
Exciting on new kitchen- congrats- and the countertop- nice!
I hate training replacements! Ick ick ick.
Oct.'13 Siggy Challenge: Cheers to Easter!
