I'm getting ready to run my next 5K tomorrow morning and was putting together a play list but I seem to be reusing the same songs and need some new motivating music.
What do you like to listen to when working out to keep your butt in gear?
Re: Any Runners?
I like everything. I've most recently had BEP and The Killers.
Foo Fighters....never thought of that!
Wow...5K, you go girl!
I only have 19 songs on my ipod. I lost my playlist on my old laptop...sigh. I currently have the G6 song, I got your back by Timbaland, and a few others. They always get me in the mood to work out when I'm at the gym, which will be later this evening in preparation for the T-giving weight I am about to gain.
This is exactly why I'm running the Turkey Trot tomorrow, so I won't feel so guilty for eating everything on the table!
I need to utilize my Pandora a little more, right now it's more mellow music and not as much upbeat music (since I listen mostly at work).
Thanks for the recs! This is really helping out.
Did you run the Walnut Creek turkey trot yesterday? I ran the 10K. I noticed we're almost neighbors since your city says you live in WC? I live over in Martinez. Oh, to answer your question, I don't listen to music when I run outside.
