Photo Christmas Cards
Is anyone else sending out photo Christmas cards? I'm trying to decide if I should use one of our wedding pics, or a different pic all together. We sent out photo thank you cards after the wedding, so I'm wondering if putting a wedding pic on the Christmas cards would be too much ( I would use a different pic than the one I used before though). I just can't decide what other picture we could use. We don't really have a nice one of us together that is recent. I would love to take a pic in front of our tree to use, but our tree won't even be here for another week. I don't think I would have enough time to get everything decorated, coordinate getting a pic taken, and getting the cards made and ordered before they need to be sent out. I also think that this would be the only year we could use a wedding pic, so I might as well do it while I have a chance.
Clearly I need to decide soon if I want to get cards out this year, and I don't know why I am having such a hard time making a decision. Thoughts or suggestions???

I'm using a wedding one! My thank yous weren't photo so many people may not have seen this professional one.
Also, I uploaded my picture on shutterfly and had it printed at Target in under an hour. I slipped the picture into the card frame (which I got at Michael's for about $1.00 a pack...
Total cost is about 98 cents a piece including the stamp!
We're taking a new photo for our Christmas photo cards
If we do them, we'll use a wedding photo. Like you said, we don't have a nice photo of us since then. Plus, people enjoy seeing the wedding photos. I received many compliments on our photo thank-you's and how much people liked getting the photo.
If you did have a nice, new photo I'd probably use that, but given the circumstance just use what you have available.
We are using shutterfly and doing sort of a year-in-review card. Some of the templates give you as many as 4-5 pictures (all the templates we've designed have 4 or 5 pics).
For the big picture in the center of the card we're doing a wedding picture, then for the smaller pictures we've got one from the honeymoon and one of the puppy, and one of all 3 of us taken on Thanksgiving... depending on which design we choose we might have another wedding picture as the 5th small picture.
