What is the funniest thing that happened on Thanksgiving (or subsequent days? Ummmm blanking out here so I guess I got nothing at the moment.
Did anything happen to pi$$ you off? DH accepted an invitation to have dinner with his parents (sort of by mistake he told her we would stop by but then didn't correct her when she assumed he meant for dinner). He proceeded to tell her he got paged and could not come by. I went on a hormonal rage I do not like lying for no good reason.
Did you get everything done that you wanted to get done? I actually didn't have anythign major planned we got our outside lights up, but I lost my enthusiasm for decorating inside soo I guess I didn't get that done.
What is the funniest thing that happened on Thanksgiving (or subsequent days? Nothing really funny happened to me either. Just had a great time being with family.
Did anything happen to pi$$ you off? YES. You know that SURPRISE trip I am planning for my mom to NYC right before Christmas? Well, my cousin's stupid (a bit of an understatement) wife asked my mom if she was "excited for New York" as soon as they walked in the door on Thanksgiving day. Up until that point, my mom had no clue where we were going and wouldn't have known until we got to the airport. I started crying instantly (because that's what I do when I get realllllllllly ticked off) and it ruined the whole day for my sisters, aunt and me. Said cousin's wife was told countless times by my aunt that this was a surprise. I have never been more mad at anyone in my life.

Did you get everything done that you wanted to get done? We got up at the crack of dawn on BF and went at it! I got a majority of my shopping done and I got the last of my Christmas decor up. Pretty successful. Now I just need to get my cards sent out!What is the funniest thing that happened on Thanksgiving (or subsequent days)? Nothing funny that I can remember. Sadie was pretty entertaining smelling all of the decorations when we brought them in.
Did anything happen to pi$$ you off? Apparently BIL and SIL ate at her family's house before coming to ours so then they weren't very hungry of course. WTF.
Did you get everything done that you wanted to get done? DH was mad we didn't get to tiling the hearth this weekend, but if he had googled he would have known that he needed to do a skim coat of thin set on the bricks first.

What is the funniest thing that happened on Thanksgiving (or subsequent days)? Nothing that I can really think of.
Did anything happen to pi$$ you off? Yes DH's attitude about shopping on Friday. We didn't go until after 2pm went to a small plaza away from the malls, stores weren't any busier than normal really. But he b!tched the whole time about being bored and frustrated. I finally sent him over to barnes and noble to hang out there. He ended up sitting and reading like 75 pages of a book he wants. But he of course didn't answer his phone when I called him with questions about things I found that might be nice gifts for his parents. ugh... I mean I understand that you don't enjoy shopping like I do, but suck it up, I was trying to get everything done this weekend, I don't really have much other time to shop given my crazy schedule in Dec..
Did you get everything done that you wanted to get done? I would have liked to finish my xmas shopping. I told people to have lists for me at Thanksgiving so I could do my shopping this weekend. yeah I had NO LISTS from anyone. Well then you get what you get people!

What is the funniest thing that happened on Thanksgiving (or subsequent days)? No one thing. I got to hang out with my mom and two aunts and that is always hilarious.
Did anything happen to pi$$ you off? My mom has been in a weird mood for the past 2 years and lately has been good. Well Friday morning we were going somewhere and Ben was stuck in line at Target so I mentioned we would have to take her car and meet him. She went off on me about how her car is not in good shape and she is driving it as little as possible until she gets it fixed. Stuff she never told me. Then she was in an awful mood the rest of the day. Thank goodness she snapped out of it for the rest of the trip.

What is the funniest thing that happened on Thanksgiving (or subsequent days)? Not hilarious or anything, but at Thanksgiving dinner we went around the table saying things that we're thankful for. MIL got a little teary and said that she's grateful for the women who have come into her sons' lives (talking about me and BIL's GF). BIL then says that he's also grateful for the women who have come into his life. Everyone cracked up.
Did anything happen to pi$$ you off? We went out on Saturday for Drew's birthday- had an amazing time. Well, a little while after we get home, right as he's getting ready to spend some quality time with BIL, one of Drew's very drunk friends gets dropped off at our house. Apparently it was our job to take care of him that night and his little sister just left him on our doorstep. Totally put all of us in a weird mood. Said drunk buddy then proceeded to climb into the hot tub in his underwear and we all learned a little bit more about him than we wanted to know. BIL's GF and I quickly went back inside.

What is the funniest thing that happened on Thanksgiving (or subsequent days)? Probably the fact that I smuggled 3 lbs of turkey in a cloth napkin out of the restaurant for all the stray cats on the resort property.
Did anything happen to pi$$ you off? Yes. The ONE AND ONLY night that we were able to have dinner alone and away from MIL and StepFIL, they chose the exact same restaurant and time to have dinner.
Did you get everything done that you wanted to get done? If relaxing, eating, and getting my tan on counts then yes!
What is the funniest thing that happened on Thanksgiving (or subsequent days)? My sister and I went out Black Friday Shopping and I took my parents' SUV since I figured Nick would want to go out separately. Well, we return to our car only to find a HUGE scratch on the back right side of the car. I started flipping out because I thought my parents were going to kill me. My sister (who is 36) told me not to say anything because our parents would just think they did it. Well I couldn't take it. All I kept saying was "I'm soo glad we didn't take the Benz". Sis eventually calls to tell them and I hear my dad say "Oh I did that". I was sooo flipping relieved. Funny part, my mom wasn't going to say anything so that we would think that we did it. Yeah my family is grrrreeeat. lol.
Did anything happen to pi$$ you off? At my high school reunion the girls that I used to hang out with basically blew me off
