Have you checked at any of the live Christmas tree stands?
I know you can get the fake stuff at Bed Bath and Beyond and it comes pre-lit.
Since we are asking for help, does anyone know where I can get "cheap" clear cylinder vases? I want to put three of them on my dining room table with Christmas balls in the vases.
In Brandon on Bloomingdale there is a huge Christmas tree stand (it's way overpriced for trees though!) I'm pretty sure I saw some there.
If not maybe you can ask the place you buy your tree from for their trimming and DIY?
Boo Monday. Our weekend was SO busy I need the day off to recover! We had a really great weekend though.
It was super nice to spend time w/ Chris. We've both been insanely busy and we got to just relax(not really), but we got to spend the whole weekend together. I was kind of @ a stand still w/ school since I forgot to order the book for my next class so I didn't have to worry about school until last night. It was awesomeness.
We put up our Christmas tree, and put lights up outside. Chris was SO excited to put lights up outside. I was a nervous wreck. He was freaking me out the way he started out putting them up. Then he got on the roof and that was much, much better.
We also bought a few decorations for the house. Yay!
I will definitely check this place!
Where on Bloomingdale?? I live in Riverview
I work Monday, Thursday, and Friday this week. Bleck. I hate my job. But, on Friday and Saturday night I had an awesome patient and he had a really sweet family, so that helps. A LOT. I only have 1 night off this weekend (Sat) and then I work next Sun/Mon/Thurs. I am so excited because my mom and sister are coming Dec 10th-13th and we are going to do baby stuff! YAY!!!
This Wednesday H and I start our labor and birthing classes at the hospital. I can't believe we're at this point already!

Lowes has little trees for $14.99 .. but they are pretty little.. maybe 2ft high, maybe 3. I don't know, i'm not a good judge of height, but they are small.
