Annoyed with my neighbors (pip)

We live on an alley and there is a driveway that starts at the back end of our property and goes to the house 2 houses down from us on our street and to the house behind them on the next street over. They have started driving through our yard to make the turn... and now this is what my yard looks like.

I am really annoyed. We have lived here for over 4 years and this has never been an issue until like last week... but I don't know which people are doing it. The house on my street has 2 big vans because it's a group home and the house behind them the guy drives a big pickup so it really could be either one.

Re: Annoyed with my neighbors (pip)

  • wow, that sucks, one of our neighbors had a problem with the neighbors of a rental house parking in the grass in front of their house so they put some re-bar stakes in till the grass grew back then went and got a large boulder to keep them from driving in his yard.

We are trying to grow the grass back in front of house in the spring where people have been parking and we are going to put a few large boulders there to keep people from parking there.

  • I thought about boulders, but we park there in the summer when we have cookouts and it has never torn it up like that. It has just been really wet lately... my mom wants to burry boards w nails through them so it pops their tires.

  • I was going to suggest boulders or what about railroad ties?  Or even getting the stakes with reflectors on them?

Ditto this.   If you did something like the stakes with reflectors, then you could leave them up for now to make your point, and pull them out in the spring/summer when you want to park there. :)
