If food makes your m/s better, I recommend an English muffin with PB every morning. It's a great base, easy to take little nibbles of, and if you do end up getting sick anyway, it doesn't hurt when it comes up and masks the nasty throw up tastes.

Isn't that a lovely thought. Crap. This post started out nice...

Re: Ali

  • Lol! Thanks, that actually sounds pretty good. I'm all about the carbs right now. Putting English muffins on my grocery list!
  • butting in

What's been working for me is also a handful of crackers w/ salt on them- saltines, cheez its, etc.

I've been snacking every 2 hours the past 2.5 weeks-- finally starting to feel a little better...but keeping my stomach full helps a ton.

  • I also kept a giant bag of honey nut cheerios (malt-o-meal brand) at my desk and constantly snacked. That really helped during the day.

  • Ginger tea helped me a lot with m/s.  It worked a lot better than ginger ale.  I had to drink it with a lot of meals too there in the beginning.
