I tried Google but I didn't get a clear yes or no answer, so I'm betting you ladies know...
I noticed my oatmeal with flaxseed has both Dietary Fiber (3g) and Soluble Fiber (1g) listed. When adding it, and other foods, to WW in the Fiber field do I include the sum of the two types of fiber or just the dietary fiber?
Oh and I'm betting angela will read this so... THANK YOU for your old WW "tips and tricks" post.
I saved it months ago and finally joined WW recently. It was incredibly informative and my fingers are crossed that you will grace us with an update after you get comfy with the new program.

Re: Yet another WW question
Aw... You're welcome! I'm glad you're finding helpful (even if only 'sorta' helpful now that there's been a change).
Once I get a handle on the new program, I do plan to re-visit that list and work out new tips/tricks.
As for fiber... You want to use the "Dietary Fiber". Don't add them together.
