Here's my recipe for hasbrown cassrole =]
2lb of frozen hashbrowns
1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup onion, peeled and chopped
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray an 11 x 14 baking dish with cooking spray. Mix ingredients together, place in prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until brown on top.
**You can also cook this in a crockpot on low for 2 1/2 hours or on high for 1 1/2 hours

I usually serve it with chicken, but I'm pretty sure we've had it with pork loin too. It goes with just about anything.
